Problem Note 68059: An inaccurate error or warning occurs when you insert data into Oracle libraries with the FEDSVR LIBNAME engine in SAS® Federation Server 4.4

An inaccurate error or warning for SAS Federation Server 4.4 can appear under the following circumstances:
- You insert data into Oracle libraries with the FEDSVR LIBNAME engine.
- The insert procedure uses the INSERT_SQL=NO data set option.
The log might indicate that all rows could not be inserted as expected. However, that notification might be inaccurate because, in such a case, all rows except for one specific row might have been inserted successfully.
